The anime community has been going crazy recently over this very busty Lucoa cosplay since previously their Weibo account’s gender was set as male. The cosplayer 前羽_rr is infact, female.
Nonetheless, Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon‘s Lucoa has been brought to life and that’s all that matters.
UPDATE: The cosplayer has reached out to us. We previously mentioned that the cosplayers profile was set to male, which was true at the time since she didn’t want sexual harassment. The cosplayer is in fact, female.
