In a broader context, working in the world of Yandere Dark Elf spotlights how personalities choose their careers. Mei and Cecil’s character traits matched them to successful jobs within a month. These two are impressive! More impressive, though, is how efficiently the anime’s characterization made their work choices believable.
Through brief scenes and flashbacks, we know Cecil is a diligent stickler for the rules. Perfect for an office worker on the management track. Similarly, Mei was a bubbly peacemaker who had a talent for smoothing over social situations. That sounds like a VTuber interacting with her chat and talking about random topics for hours.
