We love it when an anime becomes so popular, it can only be described as a social phenomenon, with everyone in Japan and around the world buzzing about it. It happened with Makoto Shinkai’s Your Name, and again with the final Evangelion movie, which was released earlier this year. But more than any other anime, Kimetsu no Yaiba / Demon Slayer has proved to be a cultural juggernaut, inspiring dozens of figures and artbooks and, predictably, parody ecchi products. Now that the Demon Slayer movie is released for fans to buy, let’s take a look at the Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train (Demon Slayer: Infinity Train) limited Blu-ray box!
The Demon Slayer movie is amazing, continuing the story right where the series left off, giving us more adventures of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Unosuke, Zenitsu and all the others, as they find a way to make Nezuko human again. The film was such a hit, it surpassed Your Name as the top-grossing film in Japan’s history, all despite the challenges of getting people to visit movie theatres during the COVID crisis.
There are two Blu-ray releases for Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train DemonSlayer movie, and the good news is that both include full English subtitles! The standard edition of the film is great, but true fans will want to go for the Limited Edition instead, which comes with lots of extras! Here’s a lit of what’s inside the box!
