Our previous list counting down the best thicc anime girls saw loads of suggestions. This will be part 2 then, where some genuinely inspiring anime girls will have a chance to shine. We’ll take a nice long look at some truly eye-catching waifus.
1. Neo Alraune (Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle / Maojo de Oyasumi)
Neo Alraune is as close to a fanservice character as this series will get. Suyaris even calls her “Sexy.” She’s one of the Demon King’s Ten Elders, and the Forest Area Boss. Neo Alraune also came the closest to defeating the Hero’s Party, but some well-timed seduction from Raikou caused her power to explode. The demons are unaware that Raikou is simply a tomboy.
As an aside, the anime version may have made Neo Alraune less thicc. Compare and contrast the above.
2. Nezuko Kamado (Demon Awakened) (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba)
The typically cute, and sometimes feral, Nezuko has some secrets. With her true demon powers unleashed, she took on an older and more powerful form. This far superior form has earned her the title of thicc anime girl. Who wouldn’t want a ferocious waifu waiting for them at home?
3. Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck (True Form) (Bleach)
Nel Tu has some secrets of her own, much like Nezuko. She first met Ichigo as a small child, but it became clear that she was so much more. Even after she regained her true form, Ichigo was still subjected to playful hugging. This Arrancar is as powerful as she is thicc.
As an aside, an interview with Tite Kubo revealed that Nel Tu is likely one of the top thicc anime girls in Bleach. Of course, that interview didn’t mention the likes of Kukaku Shiba, so our one-armed pyrotechnic may still be in the running.
4. Tsunade (Naruto)
We have already hailed Tsunade as a genius anime girl, so it stands to reason she receives another crown as one of the best thicc anime girls. Her commitment to maintaining her thicc form has led her to unlock something akin to extended youth. This top-tier waifu puts the likes of Hinata and even Kaguya to shame. Tsunade is the real best girl of Naruto.
5. Asuka (Senran Kagura)
Asuka was previously crowned one of the best ninja girls. Like many other girls on this list, she is as thicc as she is powerful. Asuka is also surrounded by equally alluring ninja girls, and has been in compromising positions with them. She is willing to fight on, even when she loses her clothes. It must be why she wears a bikini underneath.
6. Shoko Komi (Komi Can’t Communicate / Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu)
Shoko’s mother Shuko was crowned as one of the best anime moms, and now it’s her daughter’s turn. She’s more thicc than her mother, but she’s far less outgoing, so she doesn’t show it off as much as we would like. Still, we’ve see enough to know that she deserves a spot on this list.
7. Ryuko Matoi (Kill la Kill)
Kill la Kill has a simple premise: put sexy girls into super-powered bikinis and let them fight. The less they wear, the more powerful they are. That last part might not be true, but we can believe. It’s debatable that Ryuko doesn’t have the biggest bust size, but it’s agreed that she has a phat ass.
8. Non Toyoguchi (Keijo!!!!!!!!)
In a series full of thicc anime girls that move around in tight swimsuits, only a truly thicc girl can stand out. Non is considered a clumsy girl, but with her generous bust and hip sizes, she has plenty of room for error. Her soft butt allows her to cushion or counter attack, and her heavy breasts can be used as literal cannons.
9. Quetzalcoatl / Lucoa (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid / Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon)
Lucoa proudly continues the trend of making dragon girls appealing. She’s one of the thiccest dragon girls in her series, and the main source of fanservice. Lucoa is a former goddess who helped build a civilization. She was stripped of her godhood after a cursed liquor led her into a “scandalous affair” with her sister, Quetzalpetlatl. She is still very wise and incredibly powerful despite her flippant attitude and loss of divine status.
10. Mt. Lady & Midnight (My Hero Academia)
These two incredible heroes make sure they flaunt their fine figures for all to see. Mt. Lady is the dictionary definition of a thicc anime girl since she can grow in size to tower over the tallest buildings. Midnight’s Quirk demands that she show skin for full effectiveness. It’s a convenient excuse for her kinks, as indicated by her original suit prompting regulations limiting the amount of skin exposed.

11. Mio Naruse (The Testament of Sister New Devil / Shinmai Maou no Testament)
Mio is a literal waifu, who married Basara by the end of the series. She’s also completely fine with Basara marrying other women. She encouraged his harem ending. Mio acts more seductive around Basara, and consequently becomes thiccer with time, thanks to the Master-Servant Contract, and the Vow. Yes, a power boost made her more sexy. It’s a win-win all around.
12. Aki Nijou (Maken-ki!)
Aki is the school nurse at Tenbi Academy, and a supportive figure in the series. She certainly turns heads on a regular basis for some very obvious reasons. Despite her revealing attire, she was a member of the first Maken-Ki, and is comparatively very powerful. And she’s as powerful as she is sexy. Aki is confirmed to have a K-cup bust size, the largest of the entire female cast.
