J-List stocks a lot of artbooks from Japan, and we love them because they’re so gorgeous for us to look at while we’re writing them up for the website. One of the artbooks I love the best is the Official Pixiv Artbook line, which presents all the best works from the best artists on Japan’s Pixiv artist community website. And we just got the new one for 2017 in!
The book features art from 180 illustrators, with 650 separate works for you to gaze at. Because all the artists are on the Pixiv website, you can easily go to their profile and download all the pictures for yourself in full resolution, and use them as cell phone wallpaper, etc., freely. The biggest problem with this book is, every page is so good and so varied and so pleasing to look at, you can’t decide which ones you like best.
