Konomi Nagisa was born December 22, 1999 in J-List’s home prefecture of Gunma, from the famous hot springs town of Kusatsu. Like most people in rural Gunma do, she headed to Tokyo to find her dream, and ended up scouted by a talent agency to become a “gravure” (sexy swimsuit) idol and stage performer. Eventually the glamor of the JAV world attracted her.
Konomi first took an interest in sex around the age of 15-16 when she found some adult doujinshi a friend owned. She lost her virginity at the age of 18, and had had five partners before entering the adult world. She said of the JAV world, “I didn’t know about what I was supposed to do, but I was interested in that career. It seemed like a chance to become an entirely new person.”
