Korisu joins Utena and Kiwi’s villain team as Neroalice. The fan of black cats and dolls puts on a show.
Episode 05 — “Neroalice in Wonderland”
Hmm.
Gushing over Magical Girls showed us how Neroalice’s dollhouse technique makes a tricky trap for magical girls. But Korisu lacks the magical stamina to manifest Wonderland for very long. We’ve seen that as the common weakness of all the villains Venalita manages. But how do magical girls develop more strength, stamina, or energy reserves? The magical mechanics go inside the “don’t-think-too-hard-about-it” box when Gushing over Magical Girls pulls out another fetish scene. I wonder if Utena’s powers can combine with her colleagues’ skills. When she swatted Kiwi’s grenades at Tres Magia last week, shouldn’t those explosive devices have turned into leather mask-wearing bondage pets? What would Korisu’s animated dolls become under Utena’s spell? Or does Magia Baiser’s fetish wand only work on real-world items? We’re halfway through the season, so we should know better how Enormita’s magic operates by now.
Okay, fine. I’ll forget if you show me more yuri breast fondling.
Heh.
Another street full of women and no men in Gushing over Magical Girls. Why is this little blonde girl playing with chalk in a dark alley? Ah. She wants to pet that black cat. Oops. She spies an odd floating black cat. Still wants to pet it.
And back at Utena’s school. Venalita called for a meeting at Nacht Base. I bet that little black troublemaker picked up a small blonde girl as another villainess. Nacht Base’s block concrete aesthetic reminds me of the Brutalist architecture movement. Kiwi would prefer shlicking at a love hotel. Did you know that shlick (to masturbate a vulva) comes from the German noun “Schlick” (slit, ooze)? “Ooze” is a geological term for “slurry,” or liquid, slippery mud. The word became the English word “slick” (slippery) after the two languages forked from Old English / German. What were we talking about? Oh, right. It was Kiwi’s aggressive high school lesbianism turning Utena’s slit into oozing slurry in a love hotel.
Gushing over Magical Girls — New Villainess
Ha. Hahaha! Look at that little girl holding Venalita like a stuffed toy! Say hi to Enormita’s newest villainess in Gushing over Magical Girls, Korisu Morino. With her foreign features, does she spell her name “Chris?” Wait, wait, wait a second! Is Venalita kidnapping children off the street now? Consent? Coercion? A little of Column A and a little of Column B. What’s the harm? Venalita claims he’s not THAT evil. His name does indeed mean “venal sin” in Italian. Just a little sin, nothing major. Fun flashback. Korisu grabbed his tail, and he asked her if she wanted to join an evil organization. This job interview was quicker than Kiwi’s! Enough jabber. Back to cuddling. Kiwi’s lack of self-awareness stands out here. Down to business: Korisu will debut her powers against Tres Magia!
She’s gung-ho! I like how Venalita feels confused about how to deal with her, too. The third member of Magia Baiser’s team: Trans Magia! Venalita’s star motif stays consistent. Everything’s okay because Utena thinks she’s cute! Korisu’s Alice in Wonderland theme settles her name — Neroalice. “Nero” in Italian is a root for many adjectives, adverbs, and nouns meaning “black.” More chuunibyou references in Gushing over Magical Girls. What powers will this Dark Alice show the Tres Magia? Don’t forget Kiwi! She’s cute and badass!
Creepy Dolls are Gushing Over Magical Girls
You know, Kaoruko has that Alice in Wonderland charm, too. Until she opens her mouth. Ack. Look at that messed up Cheshire Cat stuffed toy. Neroalice is on the job! Oh, boy. Magia Magenta is still a muscle head. Such an obvious trap. Pink-for-brains ran right into it! Ha! That disheveled Cheshire Cat turned into an ugly monster, of course. Magia Sulfur is least surprised. Ugh. Neroalice has an ugly doll collection. Uh oh. Tres Magia’s weapons are useless against those dolls. Eep. Foreshadowing, literally! Why are Magenta and Sulfur in shadow but not Azure? Nothing good. Hahaha! Magenta transformed into the worst monster possible in a world without men: an ikemen host! Magenta-kun will take your money and call you “honey,” Azure-chan!
Hora. Sulfur can rock the goth-loli charm, too, in Gushing over Magical Girls. Baby Sulfur needs her bottle, but Azure only has natural mommy milkers. Suckle time! Why didn’t Sayo change into another character? Or did she? Is she the submissive ready for anything her master tells her? I guess she didn’t transform, then. Magenta-kun will steal that kiss from Azure-chan’s right boob! Ah. Azure transformed now. Suddenly, “Mommy” is naked with her two “daughters” at a hot spring. It’s shlicking time! Did Neroalice make the magical girls horny for each other? Or did she take off their moral limiters? I lean toward the latter. Eek! The villains watched the whole thing happen! Unfortunately, Neroalice gets tired from using her powers, like Magia Baiser and Leoparde. The magic stops, and the villains need to escape. And Tres Magia is a quivering pool of orgasmic afterglow.
Playing Doctor with Dolls
Scene change. Flashback to Korisu’s past as a latchkey kid with a single mom. Aren’t they all single moms in the world of Gushing over Magical Girls? Korisu’s favorite toy is a doll she received for her sixth birthday. And back to the present. Kiwi feels bored, meaning she must visit a love hotel with Utena. She must! Ah! Everyone is so local to each other. Kiwi and Utena can hang out with Korisu! Aw. Utena noticed how lonely Korisu was without her busy mom at home. Aw, again. Korisu has many well-loved stuffed animal toys. If only someone could mend them. Korisu is a good girl! She didn’t get mad that one of her toy’s arms fell off when Kiwi played with it. Korisu knew it wasn’t Kiwi’s fault. But fixing a cloth arm with Scotch tape is not optimal. Utena can sew! She’ll fix up Korisu’s favorite doll.
Eh!? Did Utena catch the dreaded hell-cold-flu from a windy, cold walk home? She spent all night sewing fabric on Korisu’s doll, so the lack of sleep depressed her immune system. That’s what Gushing over Magical Girls wants us to believe! Ooh. Neroalice can use her hospital playset to heal Utena! Yes. Sexy Doctor Korisu will see you now! Where did Korisu learn about these fetish scenarios? I don’t think you can take an accurate temperature reading with that technique! Har. These girls are “playing doctor.” Literally! The stethoscope can’t hear a heartbeat on the nipple, Doctor Korisu. But the good doctor has the best lotion for curing a chest cold. Tingly! Uh, that’s not a hypodermic needle. What orifice will that irrigation syringe go into? And Utena is all better now.
Enormita Keeps Gushing over Magical Girls
Hey! Kiwi can use Korisu’s powers to pamper Utena. Korisu is all for it! Nope. Kiwi went straight to horny jail. Aw. Korisu’s busy mom noticed her daughter found some friends. So, she doesn’t need new dolly friends anymore. But those new friends are in an evil organization! Fufufu.
Next time, Tres Magia’s origin story will reveal who the real bad guys are.
Gushing over Magical Girls (Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete) streams on Hidive in Japanese audio and English subtitles.
Did you enjoy how Tres Magia confirmed that Sayo is the source of its mommy milkers? What’s up with Haruka as gigolo? And poor Kiwi being left out of Korisu and Utena’s love connection. Will Utena achieve the yuri harem or go down the NTR route? What do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
