Tama and Aria meet a fairy and a dryad when a forest labyrinth appears during an escort quest. Splinter danger!
Episode 6 — “Girls of the Wandering Woods”
Meh.
The cliffhangers’ resolutions in Beheneko’s next episodes are comically short. Granted, Beheneko is more of an “action” anime instead of a conventional action-adventure show. But tension no longer exists after how quickly the S-Rank Monster battle ended after the buildup between episodes 3 and 4. We don’t have to pay close attention except for wondering what the punchline will be next time.
The opening joke for episode 6? Stella’s yandere mind made her nether regions gush after remembering how Tama split her skull after she gave him a love bite. Behemoth babies, NAO! The Beheneko cliffhanger resolved itself in 45 seconds flat. Why even have cliffhangers except as a nod to the serial nature of episodic television? I would instead exchange that waste of time for more nude belly floof coverage!
Weekly Beheneko Cleavage and Pussy… Cat!
Last week’s cleavage and cat video combo emphasized toe beans, and Beheneko supplied another scene with a tiny pixie smushing her face into them. But the concept of “floof” is another feature of internet cat videos. What’s that? The outrageous fluffiness of an animal or part of it that begs for touching. And what was the fluffiest part of Tama that Stella buried her face into? Belly floof! Who could resist?
Of course, Beheneko included new woodland waifus in Tama’s cat videos. Feri, a dryad, and Lily, a pixie, are smol, child-sized (and smaller) harem members, which gave us another fun thing about cat videos: children holding cats. Seeing cute, pint-sized arms struggling with an animal adults would handle easily multiplies the kawaii factor. Look at puny Lily smushing her tiny face into Tama’s humungous toe beans! Squee!
Heh.
Uh oh! Will Stella be okay after looking at her Earth Dragon bones? Uh, kind of? Remembering how Tama sliced her skull in half turned her on! So, there’s your joke of a Beheneko cliffhanger.
Ooh, nice. Aria leveled up before her escort mission. Meeting Tama has been the best thing for her adventuring career. Aria’s party kills orcs and camps out in the woods for the traveling merchant. Har. Tama is glad the merchant doesn’t shoot lascivious glances at Aria because he has a fiancé. Ah. The dragon bones add context to Beheneko’s overarching story about demons returning for a brewing war. That’s why Vulcan must join the quest after fulfilling an “order” for the local lord.
Random event! Just like an RPG. A forest labyrinth spontaneously appeared next to Aria’s quest party. Aria, Tama, and Stella can be the first adventurers to grab all the loot! But first, complete the escort mission.
Hahaha! Vulcan fashioned a “spell” to keep Stella under control. Promise her cuddle time with Tama! Vulcan is my favorite character in Beheneko.
Forest Fairy Fanservice Spirited Beheneko Away
Here we go. Smol, mischievous fairy waifus! Who knew that Zelda’s Navi had such a rack? Lily is a high pixie, and Feri is a high dryad. Beheneko is unclear about Lily and Feri’s relationship to the new forest labyrinth. Are they playful? Helpful? The final bosses? The pair led Stella and Aria into a trap of Greater Apes. Yousei (妖精) in Japanese folklore and fairy tales usually lure children and farmers into the woods and trouble. So, Beheneko lazily borrows the boogeyman culture to introduce woody waifus.
Oh boy. Every girl wants to hug Tama as soon as they meet him. Look at the mofumofu (モフモフ, fluffy) toe beans! Lily hugs Tama’s tail! Our behemoth baby is such a man-whore for female touching. The forest fairies claim they wanted to lead Tama to a treasure chest, but who can believe them? That expensive-looking vial will factor into Beheneko’s plot. See? Lily and Feri led Aria’s party into a dangerous situation to grab the key to the Boss Room.
Beheneko Bathing Euphemisms: Playing Tag and Hide and Seek
Breaktime! Shopping in the city and the obligatory bath scene. Yes. Every Beheneko episode is the communal bath episode! And what will the merchant do with the Drop of Truth in the vial? Stella is a pro at bathing now, right? Oh no! Aria’s cleavage belongs to Tama! Get out of there, Lily! Ah, yes. “Tag” in the women’s bath is groping and tackling.
Har. Lily still invades Tama’s special spot. Don’t be so irritated, little behemoth. It’s cuddle time with Stella! Deep breaths of the belly floof!
Ruh Roh, Raggy! Beheneko Scooby Doo Arc
Yay! Vulcan has almost reunited with her friends. Suspicious bony behavior. Will Stella’s skeleton connect to what Vulcan saw in a cemetery? Beheneko uses a heavy hand to relate the merchant to these mysteries through the flowers his late fiancé liked. Aria gained holy swords in the Boss Room, but that was only an excuse to separate the fairies from her. We have another cliffhanger with no tension in the next episode!
Next time, Tama can’t believe Lily and Feri properly previewed the next episode. Where are the innuendos? Where’s Aria asking for horny time with Tama’s furry tentacles? Lily and Feri stunned Tama so much that he contributed nothing!
