Movie school idols finally get a weekly television call time. Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club (ラブライブ！ 蓮ノ空女学院スクールアイドルクラブ) premieres January 10, 2027, with seven episodes, moving an established app-based project onto a conventional TV stage. Seven episodes? Even the school-idol business occasionally believes in keeping concert schedules short.

Love Live! Hasu no Sora Welcomes the 106th Class
Love Live! Hasu no Sora takes place at a tradition-rich private girls’ school in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, where the School Idol Club carries its ambitions into another school year. The project formed around Link! Like! Love Live!, a smartphone app whose calendar-linked storytelling followed the characters’ school lives before service ended June 30, 2026.
The Love Live! Hasu no Sora TV anime follows the 106th-Class story from April through June, introducing incoming members Maika Kinjyo, Aoi Reisawa, and Mion Shinowa. This is a new chapter, not a compilation of movie material. New classmates and familiar expectations are the selling points for fans.
Eight Idols and a Returning CG Team Take the Stage
Love Live! Hasu no Sora pairs its three newcomers with five established club members in the announced television lineup.
Cast
- Julia Hoshimiya — Maika Kinjyo, a new 106th-class member and a welcoming entry point into the club’s next chapter.
- Kana Asahi — Aoi Reisawa, an incoming 106th-class member helping reshape the club’s next generation.
- Kanae Yuasa — Mion Shinowa, the third incoming 106th-class lead joining the school-idol lineup.
- Hina Sakurai — Ginko Momose, a returning 104th-class member connecting the new chapter with the established club.
- Fuuka Hayama — Kosuzu Kachimachi, a returning member bridging the established club and its newcomers.
- Rin Kurusu — Hime Anyoji, a returning 104th-class member and a familiar face in the project.
- Miu Miyake — Ceras Y. Lilienfeld, a 105th-class member linking the existing lineup with the incoming generation.
- Amane Shindou — Izumi Katsuragi, a returning member completing the announced eight-character television lineup.

From Virtual Idols to the J-List Store Shelf
Love Live! Hasu no Sora already extends across videos, magazines, manga, music releases, and concerts. The anime is a direct sequel to the movie, giving this Love Live! project a new avenue. It’s another pure CGI animation show, so be aware of the look and feel before you start watching.
If Love Live! Hasu no Sora earns a spot on your watchlist, your merchandise shelf may ask the same. J-List’s LoveLive! Days AiScReam SPECIAL offers a broader franchise detour down memory lane with content from the previous franchise projects. I still like the Sunshine!! girls the best.
Where to Watch Love Live! Hasu no Sora
Final Chorus: Love Live! Hasu no Sora turns an established virtual-idol timeline into a compact entry point. A new class and a new school-year term make this an inviting first appointment with the club for Love Live! franchise fans.
Love Live! Hasu no Sora premieres January 10. International streaming details are still forthcoming.
