We have seen many isekai protagonists rush off to another world. Very few of those heroes get to bring their special waifu back with them. Even fewer see those waifus chase after them without their knowledge. Our newest isekai protagonist returned home after his adventure, and his very clingy Dark Elf friend chased after him. We’ll see how he handles her when Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way from Another World! (Chotto dake Ai ga Omoi Dark Elf ga Isekai kara Oikaketekita) premieres sometime in April 2025.
Nakano Sora released the original Yandere Dark Elf all-ages version of the manga series on September 17th, 2021. Takeshobo has since published three volumes in Web Comic Gamma Plus.
The isekai story hero, his clingy elf waifu, and a stern healer are as follows:
- Hinata Sunohara — Rie Kawamura (Kuroda from Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon). An ordinary high school student who became a hero in another world.
- Mariabelle — Minami Takahashi (Ayami Sasaki from Komi Can’t Communicate). One of Hinata’s friends from the parallel world. She chased him to become his lover.
- Cecile — Hinako Takahashi (Els Balt from The New Gate). Another of Hinata’s friends and a skilled healer. She arrived in Hinata’s world to bring Mariabelle back.

The Yandere Dark Elf Will Not Be Ignored!
Mages summoned Hinata Sunohara to another world to stand as their “Hero.” The great and terrible Demon King threatened the world, and the forces of light required a champion. Hinata stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the Dark Elf Mariabelle, the demi-human Mei, and the human Cecile to save the world. Since he had fulfilled his duties, Hinata vanished before their eyes and returned home.
Hinata became close with his party members, but Mariabelle had intense feelings for him. Whereas it required numerous mages and years of prep work to summon Hinata, Mariabelle needed only one month by her lonesome before she traveled to Hinata’s world. She declared her intent to stay and shower him with love. While Hinata admits that she can be overbearing, Mariabelle is pure in her own style, and he doesn’t want to be alone anymore. Mariabelle may not be the only isekai waifu to visit Hinata.
