When he’s not drawing awesome girls who stare at us with disgusted expressions while showing us their panties, artist 40hara is working on his other masterpiece, the cutest catgirl ever, named Kinako. We’ve got the new official doujinshi of My Cat is a Kawaii Girl, and here’s a post about it!
When a Japanese young man finally gets his very own cat as a pet, the cat Kinako is shy and won’t come out of her cat-carrier for several hours. He falls asleep, and the next thing he knows, Kinako has transformed into a kawaii human girl!
Although Kinako is human, she’s also a cat, and acts just like a cat in all ways, wanting to bite his leg randomly or interfere with his computer keyboard, and she’s terrified of vacuum cleaners. Her favorite food is katsuobushi, or bonito flakes, and as long as her owner gives her that to eat she’ll let him pet her.
The official doujinshi is 40 pages and all in full color, and collects all the Kinako art and stories into one great volume. 40hara — who’s name is pronounced Shimahara in Japanese — may have gotten our attention with his Iyapan series of girls showing you their panties with disgusted faces, but he won our hearts with Kinako-chan!
