I can’t believe I just wrote that title. After too long of a wait, Tsukihime will finally be released in English, and Type-Moon gave us the date. It’s coming sooner than I thought, too. Honestly, it still doesn’t feel real to me. I first played the game back in 2013 and had a good time. Tsukihime — A Piece of Blue Glass Moon will launch on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. A collector’s physical version is also available for $80. It comes with the game, a “special material book,” and a fancy Collector’s Box. We hope to have a review shortly after the launch of this legendary title. There’s no word yet on a PC release, confusing many fans.
Even so, Witch on the Holy Night eventually made it to Steam, so there’s still hope. This would be a good entry point if you’re new to the Nasuverse. We have previously reviewed Witch on the Holy Night, another Type-Moon work set in the same world as Tsukihime. We had fun with it, even if it was more of a kinetic novel. With Fate/Stay Night also coming later in the year, it’s an exciting time to be a Type-Moon fan. Keep in mind that this is only the first half of the story. The second part, Tsukihime — The Other Side of the Red Garden, has yet to be released even in Japan. It may be a long wait, but this part of the story is still worth the price of admission.

While we wait, may we suggest looking at some of our Type-Moon products? We are currently taking preorders for the Arcueid Figma, and we know she’d look great next to the collector’s edition box. Just $20 secures your figure!
