Palmer Luckey is an American entrepreneur who happens to be the founder of Oculus VR and designer of the Oculus Rift, a virtual reality head-mounted display. He recently sold the Oculus VR to Facebook for $3 billion USD, and back in July he revealed that he wants to fund an anime adaptation based on the Re:Zero Rem IF chapters, which branch from different decisions than the ones that the canonical story ultimately took.
During Tokyo he was leading an event titled “AVRS HentaiVR Pool Party with Palmer” about the discussion of VR in adult entertainment and the future of the industry, which went on for over an hour. Palmer Luckey decided to cosplay as his favorite girl, Rem, while the wonderful Nikki Moxxi cosplayed as Ram.
Palmer Luckey is also scheduled appear at the HTC Vive stage show at Tokyo Game Show 2017.
