If there’s one thing that we will not be in short supply of at any point in the near future, it’s going to be moe anime girls!
A week ago, manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Max revealed a big Kinmoza announcement. Not to be left behind, sister magazine Manga Time Kirara has recently revealed that another CGDCT (Cute Girls Doing Cute Things) series, Is The Order A Rabbit, will return for a third season this October with the title Is The Order A Rabbit: Bloom (Gochūmon wa Usagi Desu ka? BLOOM)! As part of the announcement, they’ve also already posted the first promotional video showing off the cute characters that we already know and love!
For the most part, the cast and crew will remain the same. All the original cast members are returning to reprise their roles. Additionally, director Hiroyuki Hashimoto will return to helm the third season working off scripts by the returning Kazuyuki Fudeyasu and character designs by Yousuke Okuda. The major change in the crew is that studio Encourage Films will produce the animation replacing studio White Fox.
Originally a four-panel manga created by Koi, the series began running in Manga Time Kirara Max magazine in 2011 and has since been compiled into eight volumes as of September 2019. It is currently unlicensed in English but Baka Updates describes the story as:
Lost in a new town, Cocoa stumbles upon the Rabbit House cafe as she searches for the place she’ll be staying. Hoping for rabbits, she enters what she’ll soon discover is her new home.
GochiUsa follows Cocoa’s adventures working for Rabbit House as she meets her new friends: the quiet Chino, the soldierly Rize, the quirky Chiya, the ladylike Syaro, and even a mysterious talking … rabbit? … named Tippy.
Once again, this is fantastic news for fans of moe slice of life series (I know you’re out there!) who need a solid dose of cute injected into their veins.
