Rave Master was Hiro Mashima’s first manga series, published in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1999 to 2005. It follows Haru Glory, a teen on a mission to find the five pieces of the sacred Rave stone, which will help him defeat the criminal group Demon Card and bring peace to the world. Monster Soul is another shōnen manga, set in Elvenland, a world filled with humans and monsters. The story revolves around a group of monsters called the Black Airs.
Hiro Mashima’s Playground is a collection of eight of Mashima’s one-shots and contains a fascinating little piece of Fairy Tail history. One for collectors!
