At a special event for the Tokyo Revengers animated series, it was announced that another season is in the works. The new season will cover the “Christmas Showdown Arc” from the manga. Along with the announcement the series revealed a new visual key, a teaser trailer for the new arc, and stated that all cast and staff members will be returning for the series.
At the event, it was also announced that Tokyo Revengers will be getting an iOS/Android mobile game. They launched an official website for the game with a count down to the release. There has been no additional information regarding the date of when the new season will be released, but we will keep updated.

Takemichi Hanagaki is a freelancer that’s reached the absolute pits of despair in his life. He finds out that the only girlfriend he ever had in his life that he dated in middle school, Hinata Tachibana, had been killed by the ruthless Tokyo Manji Gang. The day after hearing about her death, he’s standing on the station platform and ends up being pushed over onto the tracks by a herd of people. He closes his eyes thinking he’s about to die, but when he opens his eyes back up, he somehow had gone back in time 12 years. Now that he’s back living the best days of his life, Takemichi decides to get revenge by saving his girlfriend and stop running away from his fears.
