Natsu and his friends are back! Where are the Fairy Tail mages to go after taking on the most powerful mage and the mightiest dragon? They undertake a quest posted a century ago. Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest sees our favorite mages challenge beings as mighty as Zeref and Acnologia starting on July 7th. Da-iCE performs the opening theme song, “Story,” and Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora performs the ending theme song, “Tomo yo, Koko de Sayonara da (My Friend, This is Goodbye, Here).” Let’s enjoy the new trailer until the series premieres.
Hiro Mashima and Atsuo Ueda released their sequel manga series Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest on July 25th, 2018. Kodansha has published seventeen volumes in Magazine Pocket afterward.
Some of the fan-favorite mages are as follows:
- Natsu Dragneel — Tetsuya Kakihara (Dennis Macfield from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V). A warrior raised by a dragon to wield mighty flames in defense of others. He now faces his adoptive father’s son.
- Lucy Heartfilia — Aya Hirano (Menchi from Hunter × Hunter). A lovely summoner who has partnered with the mightiest spirits.
- Erza Scarlet — Sayaka Ohara (Rin Nanagami from Blue Archive). A beautiful knight whose combat style changes as quickly as her clothes.

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Faces the Dragon Gods
Natsu and the rest of the Fairy Tail guild mages defeated two of the most powerful beings in history: Zeref and Acnologia. Rather than take it easy and make actual waifus of the cute girls on their team, the mages head out for an even more dangerous mission. Mages have ignored a quest for 100 years, and it’s time to complete it. Natsu, Lucy, Erza, and the others travel to Guiltina to seal the five dragon gods. One of these dragons has a unique relationship with Natsu.
While Natsu and his friends are away, Fairy Tail gains a new member named Touka. There’s more to her than meets the eye, and she may just be as great of a threat as the dragon gods themselves.
