Yandere Dark Elf, Episode 10 — Sniff the Smell of Burning Love!

Viral pics of cosplaying Mariabelle bring unwanted attention and love confessions, worrying Hinata.

Episode 10 — “The Distance Between Us”

Hmm.

Oh, I knew it was coming. Yandere Dark Elf showed us the fun and positive sides of being an otaku through Sakura’s participation at a doujin convention. But we know there’s a dark side to otakus’ obsession with beautiful idols, as the popular Oshi No Ko showed us. Mariabelle’s hot, tanned waifu demon cosplay went viral, and now she has a fixated fan who ticks off all the boxes for the nerd stereotype. Do you think he’ll give up after one straight refusal for a relationship? Of course not.

The whole genre of hypnosis in hentai (e.g., Saimin Seishidou) is the wish fulfillment insert side of the coin for ugly otakus who would never have a chance to have sex with the best-looking girls in school or the office. It joins the blackmail NTR genre for losers taking advantage of women. Some hentai fans enjoy the bitter with vanilla. I get that. Just look at Yandere Dark Elf! This show’s source is a hentai doujin that stars a dark elf who pushes her clingy love onto a wholesome Japanese teenager. How will Hinata react to someone else openly expressing interest in Mariabelle when he’s still been wishy-washy over his own feelings? Here comes the drama as we approach the season finale.

Yandere Dark Elf Makes Me Go Heh.

Mariabelle sits outside waiting for Hinata, but she has a scowl on her face. Does this scene allude to her empathic abilities that we learned about in the first Yandere Dark Elf episode? Did she hear a modeling agency recruiter’s thoughts before she approached? Mariabelle has dealt with those offers after she adapted to feeling the emotions of human crowds.

Uh oh. School is a different story. The students’ thoughts about Mariabelle have shifted because images of her cosplay at Sakura’s convention spread around social media. And the dark elf found a pile of love letters in her shoe locker. Burn them! She doesn’t need anyone else to love her except Hinata! There are only two types of men in this world: Hinata and “other.” Ai ga omoi… They should flaunt their love to the school so the “annoying little pests” will stay away. The yandere dark elf’s heavy breasts convey her heavy love. Uh oh. I spy, with my little eye, the stalker who saw his letters go up in flames.

Yandere Dark Elf Celebrates Armpits, Sweat, and Stuffy Places

Gym class. Mariabelle doesn’t wear a bra! She sees a chance to check the hentai box for the sweaty storage room setting. Hoho. Hinata awakened his fetish for the smell of stinky sweat. And a taste for it! Armpit fetish, also check. Boo. Hinata still holds himself back. But Mariabelle won’t let him go until he satisfies her! Eep. Chorda interrupta. Ha. Yandere Dark Elf puts Sakura into the shibari zone.

Mariabelle apologizes to Sakura by feeding her some of Hinata’s scrambled eggs. Hinata, it’s your turn to fill a girl’s mouth. With food! With food! Oh? Sakura noticed his reluctance to show attention to Mariabelle. Ah. Some of Hinata’s emotional preoccupation comes from how well his yandere dark elf girlfriend has adapted to Japan. She treats other girls well enough.

Ack. That stalker nerd who wrote all the love letters publicly confessed his love for her in the street. Please don’t kill him, Mariabelle! Oh, good. She stayed calm but told him she’s in love with Hinata. This scene bothers Hinata. Why? Mariabelle’s reaction surprised me. She really has changed her prickly attitude toward other people during the Yandere Dark Elf season.

Has the Springtime of Youth Arrived for Yandere Dark Elf?

What information can Mariabelle extract from Hinata about his low mood? Ah. Hinata lacks the words to describe how Mariabelle making friends makes him feel anxious. Is he acting possessive, too? Next time on Yandere Shota Hero… Oh, funny. Mariabelle can guilt him into taking their relationship to the “next level.” She means insertion. Gulp! It would help if Hinata had an Adam’s apple. Aw. Hinata kissed Mariabelle’s forehead. Sincere feelings. Is that good enough? NOOO! She needs the D! The anime uses panels from the Yandere Dark Elf manga. Oof. Hinata ran away. He needs to express his feelings about her clearly.

Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World! (Chotto dake Ai ga Omoi Dark Elf ga Isekai kara Oikakete Kita) streams on Hidive in the “least censored” web version, in Japanese audio and English subtitles. These reviews will rely on the uncensored AnimeFesta versions.

Kinky stuff happens all over high school grounds in hentai doujins. Mariabelle and Hinata have been up on the roof, in the nurse’s office, and in the gym storage room. Where else should Mariabelle try to seduce the reluctant boy? Let us know in the comments below!
