Gamers have had their hands full these past couple of weeks. Pokémon Legends Z-A and Digimon Story: Time Stranger have now blessed our consoles. But their similar names, creature mechanics, and battle systems have led fans to draw comparisons between the two games. Gamers and critics alike have dissected the two games for their mechanics and graphics, but no one has truly delved into their most important aspect. We, cultured gamers, the Pokémon Trainer and Digimon Tamers, must now compare what truly matters: the waifus. Let’s take a closer look at the beauties from these games.
The Waifus of Pokémon Legends Z-A
1. Emma
Emma is a detective in Lumiose City. She previously appeared in Pokémon X & Y wearing the form-fitting Expansion Suit. Cultured Trainers have taken to this tan girl with the well-designed backside. A few of them may have even been enlightened by skin-tight suits.
2. Mable
Mable is another veteran from Pokémon X & Y. She is a former Team Flare admin who now serves as a Pokémon researcher in Lumiose City. Mable replaced Professor Sycamore as the director of the Pokémon Research Lab following his resignation. True cultured Trainers can venerate a genius girl in a lab coat. We can also appreciate the bags under her eyes that highlight just how hard she works.
3. Canari
Canari is a very popular streamer in Lumiose City. Her followers in DYN4MO watch her every stream with fervent interest. It’s not difficult to see why cultured Pokémon Trainers enjoy Pokémon Legends Z-A. There’s a tan girl influencer with a very intriguing outfit ready to battle. She keeps her Key Stone on her zipper, just in case anyone wants to help her Mega Evolve her Eelektross.
Canari’s style is as electrifying as Hatsune Miku’s Project Voltage. You can jam out to Pokémon Feat. Hatsune Miku Project Voltage while working to be the very best.
4. Taunie
Taunie is the female not-rival, should the player choose the male protagonist in Pokémon Legends Z-A. She’s the leader of Team MZ, the group the player is drafted into the moment he sets foot in Lumiose City. There’s nothing better than a chipper girl who gives out starters while wearing short shorts and a short shirt. The shorts help her range of movement while running around the city to help people and promote Hotel Z.

5. Hex Maniac
Hex Maniac is more of a Trainer class than a character. However, this beloved Trainer class changed between Pokémon X & Y and Pokémon Legends Z-A. Keen-eyed Trainers locked in on the brief shot of her walking in a trance. This class either grew up from the hot, creepy goth girl to the goth mommy cultured Trainers love, or that’s their mother. Either way, Lumiose City needs more Hex Maniacs.
The Waifus of Digimon Story: Time Stranger
1. Lilithmon
Lilithmon is one of the most popular and iconic Digimon. She represents the Moon and Lust among the Seven Great Demon Lords. Her prior form, LadyDevimon, is just as popular, especially when she DNA Digivolves with Angewomon. Lilithmon doesn’t have much of a role in Digimon Story: Time Stranger besides being in any cultured Tamer’s party. She’s not just a hot demon goth mommy; she deals good damage in battle.
2. BeelStarmon
BeelStarmon’s popularity rose after Digimon Story: Time Stranger was released. She’s a genderswapped Beelzemon in very revealing clothes. That under cleavage is second to none. I shouldn’t have to explain why cultured Digimon Tamers love her; these truths are self-evident. She’s Asuna Shiroki’s loyal partner in the game, risking her life time and again to save two worlds.
3. Asuna Shiroki
Asuna was once a proud member of a group dedicated to ensuring public safety. She risked it all to investigate and contain Digimon threats. It was during this time that she met and befriended a certain BlackGatomon. She left her unit, donned the skin-tight ninja outfit Dr. Monica Simmons made her, and joined the rebels alongside her digivolved partner BeelStarmon. What more needs to be said? Everyone loves ninja girls, especially when they pull that zipper down.
4. Kanan Yuki
Kanan is the female player character. She wears a very unique outfit that garners many comments in the game. As cultured as the developers are, there is only a black void beneath her skirt. We were robbed of upskirt shots. Kanan’s fate is tied to that of Digital World: Iliad. She travels back and forth through time to prevent the destruction of the human world. Depending on how cultured the player is, she can form a harem of lovely female Digimon like Lilithmon, BeelStarmon, and Junomon.

5. Junomon
Junomon is a wise and powerful matron in Digital World: Iliad. She has sworn to protect and oversee Chronomon’s egg and treasure. Her failure to carry out these tasks gives a certain darkness an opening to corrupt her. Kanan saves her, restoring her normal, beautiful self. I shouldn’t have to explain why a half-dressed Greek goddess Digimon is a perfect waifu. Look at that bikini top and give praise to Junomon.
