This week, wedding themes are the norm for both animated shorts from Yom and Himura. Aichan reached a bosom-related milestone (or meter stone?) in Tawawa on Monday, which connected to Bangs-chan making a milestone for herself. Bangs-chan informed Aichan and Volleyball Club-chan that the most essential part of the wedding dress is what goes under it. That’s especially true for “big” girls like the three of them. The funniest part of this exchange is that Bangs-chan was in the lingerie store buying dual-purpose technology. The bustier is functional for the wedding day and the wedding night!
I enjoyed Volleyball Club-chan’s fantasy wedding. The tomboy dresses up as the groom on her Big Day! Of course, her blushing bride is Aichan, but that won’t happen in Tawawa on Monday. However, Imouto-chan might jump at a future love connection! Volleyball Club-chan is close enough to Aichan’s family to call ahead for a surprise celebration. So, there’s a possibility she can develop mutual feelings with the little sister.
We can now expect Bangs-chan and Sensei’s wedding for the season finale, thanks to the setup from Tawawa on Monday. I hope the anime follows through.
