Episode 8 — “The Elf Girl Makes a Move”
Hmm.
Vulcan is my favorite character in Beheneko. Yes, yes. Her tanned skin, sideboobs, and toned shoulders are her main draws. But the anime’s story has slowly been dropping hints about her career as a blacksmith. She was late to join Aria and Tama in Gladstone because she needed to finish an order for the local lord. That info tidbit connected to the broader story about demons returning to attack. So, I expected the Sword Saint to enter Beheneko’s plot before the season ends. However, Vulcan’s character development added fun secrets that needed more naked revelation than she already does in the bath scenes.
Two scenes increased my curiosity about Vulcan’s life. First, Arnold mentioned how Vulcan had refused to accept promotions for her adventurer level. And Vulcan was comedically evasive about why. I didn’t buy her excuse that higher levels bring more private jobs from wealthy or influential patrons. She claimed she needed to prioritize her smithing jobs. Oh, really? Why?
Second, Vulcan immediately recognized a World Tree sprouting in Aria’s front yard. Tama’s internal conjecture (acting as a world-building explanation for the Beheneko audience) clearly implies that Vulcan is a high-level blacksmith. But why is she keeping her status a secret? I already desired to know more about this tanned waifu catgirl. Now, other parts of my… curiosity have risen!
Also, remember that these talented blacksmiths have connections to the ruling kingdom preparing for war against the returning demons. Does Alisha the Sword Saint know Vulcan? Will Alisha’s Elemental Cat split Vulcan’s feelings for manly cat figures? Beheneko will bring more plot than PLOT in the upcoming episodes.
Weekly Beheneko Cleavage and Pussy… Cat!
Tama’s time on marshmallow cushions returns to Beheneko this week as it presents more slice-of-life elements before the usual season-ending dramatic arc. Cleavage time is also a reward for other harem members. Stella’s Dragonewt strength helped to move furniture into Aria’s new house, so Aria let her have cuddle time. But Aria didn’t expect Stella to stick Tama inside her chest! Guest pussy petters must respect Aria’s bosom boundaries!
Does Vulcan’s cleavage count for Tama access? Or does Aria include the blacksmith in her bed only because she’s a catgirl? Either way, I love watching Tama manage his little behemoth as Aria and Vulcan do the mammary mash on his kitten body. Yes, I’m jealous!

Not fair! Why do fairies get to play with Tama and not Stella? And why did Lily and Feri come home with the Aria party instead of staying in the forest with its newborn labyrinth? Of course, they wanted to follow Tama home because he rescued them in the last Beheneko episode. Welcome back to home base! Arnold’s arms are big enough to face smush everyone, including the fairies. Impressive! Aria and Stella leveled up! They are A and B-Rank adventurers, respectively. No, Stella, you cannot eat a bronze medallion. Oh? Vulcan suspiciously evades the subject of her advancement. Why did she refuse it? And her made-up excuse about slow-life smithing rings hollow.
Enough foreshadowing. Now is the time in Beheneko when we eat, drink, and gawk at leather-clad, muscle-bound lads. Hah! A “small” gift of a 10-year supply of fruit preserves arrived from Gladstone. Lily and Feri have even more reasons to bum off Aria and Tama. But where will Aria put all those barrels? It’s time for Aria to pay property taxes! Movin’ on up to a first-time homebuyer! Chug that mug, Aria, for liquid courage and see a real estate agent.
This humongous house on the market is dirt cheap. Why? Because no buyers want that outdoor bath! Hello, endless bath episodes in Beheneko! Psst. Every episode has been the bath episode… Aria promises Tama tons of “pussy time.” Here’s your reminder that we haven’t seen Tama’s behemoth balls since the first episode.
House Upgrades and Life Leveling Up for Beheneko
Yay! All moved in already. No need for a furniture moving company when you have Stella around. She works for Tama cuddles! Pussy cleavage insertion is a go! Oy! That wasn’t part of the payment package. Fun! Vulcan is their first houseguest. She brought lobster. It’s a feast! Tama’s threesome tradition with Aria and Vulcan continues at the new house.
Tama joined Aria and Stella in leveling up, too, but it was in his Behemoth skill tree, not adventurer ranking. He has a third Behemoth form. Ah. That silhouette with the feathery wings resembles the stylized painting of Aria and Tama in Beheneko’s opening credits. Uh oh. Stella wanted even more behemoth babies after she heard about Tama’s new evolved form. Put babies in her belly, Tama!
The fairies have a small request: growing plants in Aria’s yard. Smallest drum circle I’ve ever seen. Whoops! They sprouted a World Tree! How did Vulcan recognize one so quickly? The fairies even grew a healing spring! Aria can bottle her own healing potions. Oho. Is Vulcan an Artifact Smith? Why is she hiding that?
Beheneko Trolls Us with Bubbly Bathtime Reward
Here we go: Aria received her first Special Quest from the guild master. Take out a troll in the dungeon who moved up to the first floor. I’m sure that’s a symptom of the demon invasion riling up monsters. Vulcan outfitted Lily and Feri in armor that covered them all up. Ooh. Even Stella learned how to use team tactics to direct new party members. Do Aria’s holy sword attacks prevent monsters from regenerating wounded flesh?
And yes. Here is our reward! Bath time! Whoa. The bath even has a Jacuzzi button!
Playtime is over for Beheneko. Monsters, demons, and a Sword Saint. Oh my! Hey, she has a name: Alisha.
