Valentine’s Day is upon us! And we know some cute anime girls dressed for the occasion. These girls will not spend Valentine’s Day alone like the other girls. Their armor of choice is a lovely red dress to attract eyes and arrows of all kinds.
1. Akagi (Azur Lane)
Akagi wears her red dress well (what little there is of it anyway). She’s one of the many shipgirls who desperately love their Commander. Akagi is ready to throw herself at the Commander and even invites him to “partake of her” in front of others. She is fully prepared to firebomb the tar out of anyone and anything to impress the Commander. We’ll see how long her red dress survives Valentine’s Day.
If you need a shipgirl donned in a lovely shade of red, J-List has you covered and her uncovered. The Graf Zeppelin 1/7 Figure Beachside Urd ver. from Azur Lane is available for purchase right now.
The developers at Shanghai Manjuu and Xiamen Yongshi first released Azur Lane to mobile devices on May 25th, 2017.
2. Neru Mikamo (Blue Archive)
Neru is the leader of Millennium’s secret organization Cleaning & Clearing. She is a delinquent, through and through, and is adamant about keeping her signature sukajan (embroidered satin baseball jacket). If it wasn’t obvious, she’s a complete tsundere. Neru is rough and quick to get angry, but she has a soft side hidden underneath. Perhaps her new red bunny suit will lead her to someone who can bring that soft side to the surface on Valentine’s Day.
Nexon Games developed Blue Archive and released it on February 4th, 2021.
3. Yanfei (Genshin Impact)
Yanfei is always dressed to impress in her red dress. She’s one of the best lawyers around her town and gives lawyers a good name. Just don’t ask your lawyer to cosplay as Yanfei. Probably not a good idea. Yanfei plays things close to the cute vest, but we’re sure she’s keen to find a nice date for Valentine’s Day. Just make sure you have a clean record.
miHoYo released Genshin Impact on PC, mobile devices, and PlayStation 4 on September 28th, 2020.
4. Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail)
“Red” is, literally, in Erza’s name, and she has a whole wardrobe of different tantalizing magical clothes and armor. Not all of them cover her completely, explaining why we love her so much. Erza is down to cosplay no matter what, even in life-threatening situations. She doesn’t own a red dress per se, but “red” is in her name, she has red hair, a rose is on her dress, and she’ll categorically destroy anyone who argues with her. It’s simply best to ask to be her date for Valentine’s Day.
Hiro Mashima began to write and illustrate the series on August 2nd, 2006. Kodansha has since released 78 volumes across the different Fairy Tail manga series.
5. Reisalin “Ryza” Stout (Atelier Ryza)
Ryza’s thicc thighs continue to make headlines no matter what. This isn’t one of those good times, though. In an episode of the Atelier Ryza anime, she wore a fancy red dress, and her thicc thighs were covered up. Who does that?! What animator fumbled the ball like that, and why were they allowed to keep their job?! Sure, the dress looked great, but the thighs were covered. Regardless, we saw Ryza play dress-up, and that was a win. Now, let’s see her finally get a date for Valentine’s Day. She can work those famous thicc thighs and save the date.
Joe has written extensive reviews of Atelier Ryza.
If you want to buy that famous (and infuriating) red dress, J-List can help you. The Reisalin Stout 1/7 Figure Dress Ver. from Atelier Ryza is available now for pre-order.
Atelier Ryza Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout began its alchemical journey as an RPG developed by Gust and produced by Koei Tecmo. The game was released on September 26th, 2019, in Japan and later in October and November in the rest of the world.
