Well, what did you think of the top anime, manga and related media of 2018 ranking? I’m not surprised to see Idolmaster doing so well, and it’s nice to see awesome shows like That Time I Was Reincarnated As a Slime, Golden Kamuy, and Wotakoi holding their own against the true powerhouses of the industry.
It’s also nice to see The Greatest Showman, the movie about the founding of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, which apparently was a smash hit here in Japan. It makes me wonder what the outstanding Bohemian Rhapsody film — which still packs theatres more than two months after release — will be on this list next year?
