Thanks to his father, he’s become part of an arranged marriage with the daughter of one of Dad’s clients – if he marries Naja, then the client will take a deal proposed to them. At least, that’s the story, anyway. And you know money talks – loudly.
There’s just one problem: Naja is, well, a lamia. Yes, she’s a monster girl. Awesome!
There’s a wide variety of different girls you’ll meet and interact with throughout the course of PRINCESS X. Your main bae is Naja (Nadius XII), of course, the aforementioned princess of the Gorgoneion Empire. Not only is she a formidable sorceress, but her beauty is beyond compare. She’s come from the land of Demiurgos in a bid to make our protagonist Shinichi her betrothed – will you end up choosing Naja to settle down with?
As the game wears on, you meet the rest of the girls, most of whom you’re able to romance and engage in various sexual situations with as well: the centaur Holy Knight Proxima, the Arbeit servitor robot <42>, the ruler machine R-Komadori, and the spider princess Lady Tegusu. Each has their own reasons for pursuing marriage with Shinichi, but unfortunately, there can be only one. It’ll be up to you to figure out who it’s going to be.
Having a monster girl for a fiancee isn’t all fun and games. One of Shinichi’s earliest interactions with Naja is having her turn him to stone and perform oral sex on him in a forcible manner. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, however, as you’ll find out. The game plays out in a fairly pedestrian manner, much like any old regular visual novel with occasional branching path decisions and uncensored hentai scenes spliced between regular, slice-of-life segments that illustrate Shinichi’s new life with his harem of fiancees.
