Lorna is the youngest daughter of the famed martial Gugrekas family. They wield power with an iron fist and demand similar might from their friends and family. Due to a misunderstanding with the ranking system, they exile Lorna in the middle of a forest after seeing the SSS-Rank “Internet” skill. This works out perfectly for her. We’ll see her live the life of freedom she always wanted when The World’s Strongest Witch (Sekai Saikyou no Majo, Hajimemashita) premieres sometime in October 2026.

The World’s Strongest Witch, from the World’s Dumbest Family
Lorna was born to the strict and power-hungry Gugrekas family that ruled the territory. They kept her locked away in the castle alongside her ailing mother, and only brought her out to test her magical fortitude. The test discovered her “SSS-Rank Internet” skill, terms that they didn’t understand. Her father assumed that “SSS-Rank” was even lower than G-Rank, and he didn’t know what the internet was. As such, he ordered his son to abandon her to die in the local forest. It’s here in this treacherous place that her true power manifests.

Lorna discovered that “the internet” is a sort of database used and updated by the gods, and she is able to access it on a whim. In reality, she’s accessing the internet in another world whose users treat her world like their favorite video game. She has an isekai cheat skill without being an isekai protagonist. Thanks to an online guide, such as a walkthrough and map, she can avoid monster spawns and unlock a super-powerful weapon without clearing the trials necessary to obtain it. Lorna just found the key phrase that a player would find by clearing twelve trials and met the goddess who guarded a godlike staff. With this, she accidentally nukes a few monster hordes and levels up really quickly.
