The Rentaro family and all their shenanigans will soon entertain us again! The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You season three premieres on July 5. The anime’s production team released a new visual and character sheets for Rentaro’s new girlfriends — Yamane Yasashiki, Momiji Momi, and Kishika Torotoro.
Hikaru Sato will reprise his role as the anime’s director, and Bibury Animation Studio will again animate the new season. Several of season 2’s production staff, such as Akane Yano (character designer, chief animation director), Mika Nishiyama (character designer), and Takashi Aoshima (series composer), will also reprise their roles.
The anime’s production team hasn’t announced the VAs for the new Rentaro family girls, but all previous VAs will also reprise their roles.
The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You — Deets
Hyakkano (Kimi no koto ga Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na Hyaku-nin no Kanojo) is a rom-com, harem manga written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. Weekly Young Jump (Shueisha) has serialized the manga since December 2019. Since then, Shueisha has compiled the manga’s chapters into a whopping 25 volumes. Seven Seas Entertainment releases the English EPUB and print version of the manga.
The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You follows the romantic exploits of Rentaro Aijo. Rentaro-kun has always wanted a girlfriend to love. Yet, for most of his life, a loving girlfriend has always eluded him. Even though he’s asked a hundred girls on a date, all he received was a hundred rejections. But when Rentaro complains to the gods about the lack of love in his life, they listen, or rather, the God of Love listens. Rentaro’s maiden-less life was all a gargantuan misunderstanding. He’ll find his soulmate soon, and then he’ll find another one, and another one, and another one…until he finds 100 of them! And if he doesn’t return their love, they die.
