KDcolle’s Holo Yukata Beauty Figure — the Perfect Traveling Partner
I’m an advocate for getting to know the world. Whether it’s remote destinations or trips an hour away, seeing different sights is invaluable. But as much as I love solo travel, sometimes I wish someone as resplendent as the views I’m witnessing were on the journey with me. Luckily, KDcolle heard my laments and gave me this elegant Ōkami to Kōshinryō collectible.
Sculpted by Bobuzuki, the Holo Yukata Beauty figure will make you worship the pagan gods of old. Dressed only in a blue, sunflower-patterned yukata, the Wise Wolf Holo lies on a silken bed, beckoning you to join her. Her hair and yukata hide her bountiful chest(get it, because she’s a goddess of harvest). Yet, when you see Holo’s expression, her intentions are manifest — THE WOLF WANTS TO BANG.
Unfortunately, KDcolle didn’t release the color production for this figure, and that’s a shame as it merits applause. The paintwork in the Holo Yukata Beauty figure shows brilliant execution. Holo’s light sienna-colored hair creates a pleasing dichotomy with the muted blue color of her yukata. They depict such an entrancing visage when those things are on her ivory skin that they leave you at a loss. Even Holo’s red accessories add a vibrant pop against her porcelain skin.
The Holo Yukata Beauty Figure — a Matter of Measurements
Usually, even if a figure’s height isn’t in its pitch, you can use simple math to find that information. A 1/7 figure is a seventh of a 5’4″ waifu. But when a figure is prone or oddly positioned, its dimensions change dramatically. Including the bed-style base, the figure measures 10.4” (26.5 cm) in length. The figure’s height measures 1.6″ (4 cm), and its width is 5.5″ (14 cm). I’m unsure about the politeness of measuring a goddess by her width, but graver indiscretions have received forgiveness. You can remove the base of the Holo Yukata Beauty figure and prop it to create more display options.

What’s Spice and Wolf About?
When the traveling merchant, Kraft Lawrence, passes by the town of Pasloe, his life diverges in ways he never thought possible. Instead of gaining the wares he intended to buy, he gains a beautiful but unexpected companion — a wolf-goddess named Holo.
Holo inhabited the fields of Pasloe for more than half a century and blessed the town’s harvests. But Pasloe moved away from pagan ways and embraced modernity and Christianity, so Holo’s role in Pasloe diminished. Longing for her home, she convinces Lawrence to take her to her place of birth in exchange for helping him with his sales. But as the pair journey together, their arrangement slowly passes from the professional to the affectionate.
ASCII Media Works published the Spice and Wolf series via their Dengeki Bunko imprint between February 2006 and July 2011. Isuna Hasekura wrote the Spice and Wolf light novel with illustrations by Ju Ayakura. The light novel boasts a spin-off (also by Isuna) titled Wolf and Parchment: New Theory Spice and Wolf, a manga, video games, an internet radio show, and two anime adaptations. The original Spice and Wolf anime consisted of two seasons. Imagin animated the first season, and Brain’s Base and Marvy Jack animated the second season. A 2024 remake, Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf, is ongoing. Passion handles the remake.
