These Shiny Color Nendoroids Make the Heart Race

If you’re like me, you’ve probably never watched a single Idol M@ster show. Yet somehow, you’re intimately familiar with all their heroines. I can’t tell you the names of any Madoka Higuchi or Koito Fukumaru songs. I can’t tell you what role they play in the franchise, but I can tell you their three sizes. And as God and the Flying Spaghetti Monster as my witnesses, those two are mainstays in late-night Pixiv searches. So, if you’re like me and have the hots for the Idol M@ster girls, you need one, or both of the new Idol M@ster Shiny Color Nendoroids!

Madoka Is Perfection — So Get Her New Madoka Higuchi Nendoroid

In the humble opinion of this J-List writer, Madoka is perfection. She’s like a manbearpig. But instead of being half man, half bear, and half pig, she’s equal halves hot, sexy, and cute. And if you want a portable piece of her merch, Good Smile Arts Shanghai has your back. For $59.50, you can buy their adorable Madoka Higuchi Nendoroid. Rebi sculpted the 3.9″ painted plastic. It is expected to arrive in April 2025.

While nendoroids are the smaller size, they pack a big punch. And even though it’s small, it eloquently captures Madoka’s beauty, as well as her standoffish expressions, and her fluffy hair. The Madoka Higuchi nendoroid brings several additional parts. These include a standard face place, a sleepy face plate, and a displeased face, as well as optional accessories like a water bottle, smartphone, and ice pop. Pre-order her here!

Say You Want Twintails—Then the Koito Fukumaru Nendoroid Is the Thing for You

Life’s about diversity. What makes the world so mesmerizing are all the different sights in it. So if Madoka isn’t quite for you and you want someone a bit more playful-looking, then you’re in luck, as the Koito Fukumaru Nendoroid is also available for pre-order! While her uniform gives her a mature look, her expression screams “jovial.” Her bubbly demeanor is the first thing that you see in the figure.

The Koito Fukumaru Nendoroid retails at $59.50 and you can buy her here. It includes three swappable face plates (a standard, an emotional, and a panicked expression). Your order includes optional accessories like her glasses, a book, and an ice pop. Like the Madoka Higuchi Nendoroid, this figure stands at 3.9″ tall. But what it lacks in stature, it makes up in charm, as those fangs and twin tails can cure depression (allegedly). So be sure to preorder the Shiny Color Nendoroids today! Your future self will thank you!
