A new harem anime with cute miko girls is here! Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister (Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi / Matchmaking of the Amagami Household) presents a hard-working student with the deal of a lifetime: marry a cute sister and inherit a shrine! We’ll see how he does when the anime series premieres sometime in 2024. We can enjoy the new trailer, plus the Yae, Yuna, and Asahi character trailers.
Marcey Naito released the original Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister manga series on April 21st, 2021. Kodansha has published thirteen volumes in Weekly Shonen Magazine since then.
Our budding doctor and his potential miko waifus are as follows:
- Uryu Kamihate — Ryota Suzuki (Third One for All from My Hero Academia). He is a high school student who dreams of entering Kyoto University’s medical school to become a doctor.
- Yae Amagami — Sumire Uesaka (Hayase Nagatoro from Don’t Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro). The eldest Amagami sister. She is a carefree art major with a crush on Uryu.
- Yuna Amagami — Kaede Hondo (Shigeru Kamado from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba). The middle Amagami sister. She is a tsundere girl with high grades in school.
- Asahi Amagami — Shion Wakayama (Henao Jazz from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury). The youngest Amagami sister. She shows maturity beyond her years, though she has a complex about her small bust size.

Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister and Achieving the Good Ending
Uryu Kamihate was orphaned at a young age after the death of his mother. This tragedy inspired him to become a doctor and attend Kyoto University’s medical school. Chidori Amagami, the head priest of the Amagami Shrine, took in Uryu to care for him. Uryu can stay as long as he likes, but he has to marry one of the three cute miko sisters who live there and inherit the shrine. He will be Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister soon. Who will Uryu end up with? Will he get the harem ending? We’ll have to wait a bit longer to find out.
