A mysterious incident rips both of them from him, forcing him into a real gaming scenario with no do-over. We’ll see how he overcomes this trial when Otherworldly Munchkin: Let’s Speedrun the Dungeon with Only 1 HP! (Isekai Munchkin: HP1 no Mama de Saikyou Saisoku Dungeon Kouryaku) premieres sometime in October 2025.
Yu Shimizu and Makoto Aogiri released the original Otherworldly Munchkin manga series on February 5th, 2019. Kodansha has since published eleven volumes in Suiyobi no Sirius.
The new isekai protagonist and two beautiful maidens are as follows:
- Yukito Kirihara — Kazuki Ura (Osamu Rojihara from Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens). A gamer who enjoys playing with handicaps. His second life has become a death game.
- Lumilia Sherwood — Yui Ishikawa (YoRHa No. 2 Type B (2B) in Nier: Automata Ver1.1a). An elf ranger who seeks to save her sister from an evil temple.
- Nephilia Curse — Yoko Hikasa (Weiss Schnee from RWBY: Ice Queendom). A goddess of Everworld. She rolled the die to grant Yukito different stats.

This Otherworldly Munchkin Has a Job to Do
Relentless bullying at school drove Yukito Kirihara into seclusion. He found peace and happiness beating video games with various handicaps, such as staying at level 1 or not using items. His other refuge is taking care of his cute and adorable younger sister, Sana Kirihara. No matter what happens, she continues to think the world of Yukito.
An ogre attack rips Yukito away from his sister and his entire world. No one is quite sure what a giant ogre was doing in modern-day Japan. The goddess Nephilia expresses her pity and offers to reincarnate Yukito into her world. This world runs on a TRPG system, and she rolls a 20-sided die to determine his stats. Upon discovering that his sacrifice brought Sana to that dangerous world, Yukito rushes into danger while carrying the goddess’s World Book. He only has 1 HP and three beautiful warriors to aid him.
