Forces of evil continue to plague the ordinary Domori Elementary School. Demons of all kinds target the students for their own ends. Mr. Nueno regularly risks life, limb, and even his own soul to protect his students and the school at large. His own teacher, Minako, instilled in him a selfless nature when the time came for him to become a teacher. Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube Resumes Class
An imbalance of spiritual forces threatens the city of Domori, and especially the local Domori Elementary School. The beloved teacher of Class 5-3 Meisuke “Nube” Nueno counts himself among a long line of exorcists who stand against the forces of darkness. Different demons will target Nube’s students for their own ends, such as a large centipede that feeds on the anger and resentment of a bullying victim. Nube uses the power of his Demon Hand to exorcise the demons who target his students and banish them from the human world.

The great teacher and exorcist Minako inspired Nube to follow her path while he was still her student. Their similar spiritual abilities and his tendency to become a target for demons prompted her to protect him as much as possible. She risked her life one final time when Snake Demon reared its head and struck Nube. Minako would prove the power of a teacher and exorcist, and he would leave an impression on him that would remain well into his own teaching career.
