Female athletes don’t always receive their due, and anime series rarely go as in-depth as we, cultured otaku, would like. Koyo Kotesashi is a student with a dream: to become a great sports doctor. He’ll need to get his hands all over the lovely athletes around him. He almost gets as in-depth as we, cultured otaku, would like. Not all the way, it’s not that kind of anime, but he gets close. We’ll see how close he gets to these fit waifus when Hands Off Kotesashi-kun (Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun) premieres sometime in October 2025.
Takuya Shinjo released the original Hands Off Kotesashi-kun on May 7th, 2021. And Kodansha has published twelve volumes in Magazine Pocket.

Hands Off Kotesashi-kun Gets Hands-On with Female Athletes
Koyo Kotesashi has transferred to Seiwa University Affiliated High School, a school known for its top-performing athletes. He wants to follow in his parents’ footsteps and become a healer. Coupled with his love of sports, he decided to pursue a career as a sports doctor. He learned many things from his parents, and he’s able to diagnose and treat minor injuries right away. However, he still has a long way to go.

Koyo has signed up to become a boarding manager to help pay for his way through school. His father’s friendship with the academy’s chairman helps make this happen. Koyo’s new home is practically falling apart because it lacks a manager. Five attractive female athletes who live there ran off the prior manager. The chairman has left them in Koyo’s capable hands. He must help maintain their physical and mental health if he wants to receive a coveted scholarship and an entry into the medical faculty.
