While we’ve always published our games in shrinkwrapped package form, the Internet has naturally enabled distribution of games to our customers directly, without waiting for the mailman. Some customers have gone 100% digital with their game purchasing, and might not even have DVD-ROM drives anymore.
All physical games we’ve published over the past 5 years have included both DVD-ROM as well as download codes inside the box, so customers can choose either option. But what about games published before that, which are DVD-ROM only?

We are providing free download codes to any customer who’s purchased our package game versions!
Here’s how it works: if you want to receive a download code for a package game you’ve bought from us, just open a ticket via our website, and provide details of the order number of your purchase of a JAST USA game, and we’ll send the code to you after verification. The games will be attached to your JAST USA account, and you can re-download them any time you need to.
