Hathaway Noa continues to cope with Char’s legendary rebellion. He can’t let go of the past, even as he ascends the ranks as a great botanical researcher. The mysterious terrorist Quack Salver approaches and asks him to fight for MAFTY to put an end to the Federation’s corruption. Hathaway takes off in a gundam to wage a new war, even as he struggles to maintain friendships with the enigmatic Gigi and fellow soldier Kenneth. We’ll see how far he flies when Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe (Kido Senshi Gundam: Senko no Hathaway – Circe no Majo) premieres on January 30th, 2026.

A New War Begins in Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe
Hathaway Noa still grapples with the memories of his battles during Char’s rebellion against the Federation. He left the battlefield behind to study botany, yet the ghost of Quess Paraya still lingered within him. Hathaway shot his first love down to help the great hero Amuro Ray, leaving him with a great sense of guilt. However, his sense of duty and justice push him back onto the battlefield. The enigmatic Quack Salver recruits him into the anti-Federation group MAFTY.

The Federation has grown corrupt and despotic in Char and Amuro’s absence. Hunters are often deployed to detain people and send them to space mining colonies to suffer harsh labor conditions. Hathaway takes on the pseudonym Mafty Navue Erin to force positive change by targeting and assassinating high-ranking Federation agents. His campaign will lead to him meeting the alluring Gigi Andalucia and Colonel Kenneth Sleg. Despite being on opposite sides of the battlefield, Hathaway and Kenneth share a strong friendship. Whether this friendship survives the coming battles remains to be seen.
