To paraphrase the Headmaster in Spy x Family, “Elegance is life; elegance is everything.” It may seem difficult to believe, but we at J-List agree. We know our claim to fame is selling you things that would make conservatives mad. But sometimes, we also tread into the realm of the refined. Sometimes our devoted followers want centerpieces, not horny pieces of PVC. Should these words resonate with you, the WING, Niya China Dress 1/7 scale figure should be a part of your anime figure collection.
The Niya China Dress 1/7 Scale Figure — Elegance Redefined
Do you know what differentiates rich people from sophisticated folk? Home decor and fashion. A home’s elegance speaks to its owner’s taste. Bill Gates isn’t walking around in Gucci and decking out his home with expensive brands, but you can bet his house is high-class AF. Why? Modesty and minimalism often translate into elegance, and TID understood that when they designed this graceful figure.
The figure, featuring an original character in a stunning but refined cheongsam, measures 8.1″ (20.5 cm). Sculpted by Tudou Mi and CL, everything about the Niya China Dress 1/7 scale figure radiates opulence. To quote one of my favorite YouTubers, “starting at the feet,” this figure rocks a pair of deep-obsidian-colored, ribboned high heels. Translucent, lace-tipped, thigh-high stockings delicately adorned Niya’s legs. She reveals her dazzling zettai ryouiki through her flowing dress and elegant posture. While this figure embodies elegance, we greatly appreciate that little lascivious hint.
Niya wears a flower-patterned cheongsam that is deep vermilion on the inside, with its sides tied together, allowing us to view her alluring pale skin. The opening of the cheongsam reveals her soft and ample bosom, while its tightness accentuates her curves and thighs. Her downy hair gently embraces her shoulders as if it were silk, and her heterochromatic eyes are so dazzling they seem to pierce your soul. Even the accessories the figure has add a touch of refinement, as the Niya China Dress gold jewelry and her sheer violet shawl give the figure a refinement buff.
And the Award for Best Background Goes to…
We usually take the base figures that come with it for granted. Usually, these are no-frills plastic platforms, so it’s not like we overlook much when we fail to mention them. Sometimes, you get a base that mimics something from the anime, but that’s usually reserved for prize or collector’s figures. That’s not the case here. The striking Dark Sienna wooden-styled platform and shelf add sophistication to the Niya China Dress 1/7 scale figure we don’t usually see.
The luxuriousness of this figure in and of itself deserves praise, but the accompanying items are equally noteworthy. A stunning blue-colored vase, a Convallaria majalis (Lily-of-the-valley), and a Hippeastrum reginae (Amaryllis) make this figure appear far more costly than it actually is. This stunning Niya China Dress 1/7 scale figure usually retails for $180, but during our extended sale, she’s retailing at $144. You can order her here.
