Over the past couple of days, three-game developers recently received emails from Valve warning them to censor the adult contents of their games published on Steam or else they will be removed from the game library by the end of the month.
The games HuniePop, Mutiny!!, and Tropical Liquor are some of the games affected by this issue. Publishers and creators of the mentioned games took to Twitter to express their shock and disappointment over Valve’s decision on their published projects.
On Sunday, Valve finally communicated with the developers telling to disregard their first email that was being sent and the games will be re-reviewing. Steam staff are currently reviewing the content of the affected games and will be sent for feedback at a later date.
We also have gotten an email from Valve to disregard their email about content issues and to wait for a follow-up email. We will post more information once we have it!

Update: We have just received word from Valve to disregard the previous notice. According to the e-mail, Kindred Spirits will be re-reviewed and we will be provided with specific feedback if there are concerns about the game’s content.

Lupiesoft has also just received word from Valve that Mutiny!! is being re-reviewed for content, and that the 2 week deadline is off.
We'll update everyone as any more information comes our way.

While these seem like good news, it doesn’t mean that the games are out of the woods just yet for their still be a chance that the games have to be censored.

While the final decision is still unclear as of now, we can only hope for the best.
